KilloWash provides laundry, washing, steam ironing, and dry cleaning services through WhatsApp. Services include doorstep pickup, professional garment care, and delivery.
You must be at least 18 years old or have parental consent to use KilloWash services. You are responsible for maintaining accurate information on your account.
Booking: Bookings can be made through WhatsApp. Once confirmed, you will receive a pickup schedule.
Cancellation: Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours before scheduled pickup. Cancellations within 24 hours may incur a fee.
Payment is due after service completion. KilloWash sends a secure payment link via WhatsApp.
