How the free trial batch works

Message us with "Business enquiry: Airbnb" and tell us how many listings or rooms you host, how many beds each has and roughly how often guests change. We collect one batch from you as a trial, with no commitment. You see the result and how the pickup and return work, and you decide from there.

If you carry on, pickups are planned around your check-ins and check-outs, and laundry is priced per kg. We confirm your pickup time and delivery on WhatsApp.

A homestay with a few rooms and a host who manages several apartments start the same way, with a free trial batch. Tell us the size of your operation, and we plan pickups around your check-in and check-out times. If you also run a cafe or a guest house with a restaurant, ask about linen for that as well.
